To enter service mode press the status key and enter 1087 and then 1087 again. But to login for system settings the User Name is 4000 and the Password is 4000.
Hello there if u enter the service mode and it shows and password it means that the user or the service before has activated the CE password that means that you can enter if you do not know the password. Either way you have to try to enter the default CE password that is 92729272 or 00000000 or 123456789 the first one if not change should open acess to the service mode if not you have to call the konica minolta for NVRAM reset procedure there is no other alternative.
