Did someone leave a trash can or boxes under the output trays? To solve this problem requires removal of the rear cover of the finisher. Then remove the elevation drive motor assemble. Be careful don't want the output trays to fall!!!!!! Then while placing them in their proper position re seat the drive assy. The top tray should be just below the orange rollers (If they are cleaned) you will see several actuators the top tray has to just touch them. what you need to do is to change the toner cartridge. Refilling will not reset the toner IC inside the cartridge so by so doing, no notable change is witnessed.
