These are all wrong suggested answers below... seriously dont tell people to touch wiring harness and internal parts if you dont know what you are talking about.. to reset the fuser you need to enter the maintenance mode, which is described here: https://www.manualslib.com/manual/1060356/Konica-Minolta-Bizhub-20.html?page=384 and then you can reset all maintenance parts.. I hate when people give answers that are completely unnecessary.

Unfortunately you cannot reset those electronic counters.
I'd suggest reloading the firmware to try and solve the issue going forward.

You can. You have to remove the fuser, and replace the counter reset fuse that is soldered into the wiring harness, then re-install the fuser. 10 minute job but not a one I would recommend unless you know the machine pretty well. Depending on your location and service options I would try to find a local independant repair person who can do this for you. I reset 20 to 30 of these fusers per year. Note you can also reset your transfer belt unit as well as your Imaging Units as well.

TROUBLE RESET
FIRST, If this code comes back. Have a technician look at it DO NOT CONTINUE TO RESET the code!!!! AS this is for the Hot Part called the FUSER. It can catch on fire! And that will ruin a perfectly good day!!!!
1. Turn OFF the main power switch.
2. Turn main power switch ON while pressing the Utility/Counter key.
3. Touch [Trouble Reset].
4. Check to make sure that [OK] is displayed and the it has been reset.
5. After turning off the main power switch, turn it on again more than 10 seconds after and check if the machine starts correctly.

replace the fuser unit.

If the code comes back do not reset, you are messing with the Fuser the Hot part. Continuing to reset without a technician looking at and or replacing it, the fuser can catch on fire and that would ruin a perfectly good day.


Then reset.

use this procedure:

1. Turn OFF the main power switch.
2. Turn main power switch ON while pressing the Utility/Counter key.
3. Touch [Trouble Reset].

Enter in the service mode: press Utility key-Metercount-(Details if exist)-Stop -0 0 -Stop -0 1 select a special parts life or in the counter mode consumable and reset the fusing unit counter.

How much is a fuser unit for a bizhub 250? I got a c3451 error.
around 250-280 $ (include shipping) but you may need a technician to clear counters, reset error code, and install and test the new fuser. If you want to do it by yourself, may be time consuming.....

I have bizhub c250 and the 83000 prints (copies). My Fuser unit show empty and I can't use my bizhub c250. it should be replaced on 120 000 copies. How to reset this fuser unit on my printer?
You can reset the fuser counter only by replacing the counter reset fuse. This fuse is located on the fusing unit which must be removed and a small cover opened to get access to the fuse. You ca get the fuses from precisionroller.com
Their part number is M9970. It will say imaging unit fuse but the fuse is the same for the C250 fuser reset.
If you do not feel that you can remove the fusing unit and replace the fuse then you might be able to find a local independant copier repair person to do it.
Be assured tho that you can reset this indicator as I have done this a dozen times or more for my customers.

Have a BIZHUB 550 with a C-3724 error on it. I had to select the 450 below as the 550 is not listed.
Fusing abnormally high temperature detection

The fuser section reached a temperature outside of safe operation. You can reset the error by: Turning the main switch off, leave the operation panel switch on, hold down the utility/counter key and turn the main switch on. As the screen loads you will see a black dot in the top right corner, at this point you can release the utility/counter key. The machine will take a minute to load. When the screen loads you will have a key that says "Trouble Reset" press it and you will get a "OK" message. Turn the main power off for 10 seconds and turn back on. If message returns you must replace the fuser. Attempt Trouble reset again at your own risk!! Fusers are a Fire Hazard

To reset the code, please do the following

Put in newer fuser unit but machine still says to replace
If you want to clear the fuser message you have to be sure you replaced the fuser web. Then go to 25 => counter clear(items 13)=> Clear fuser counter or 36=>counter clear(items 8)=>Clear fuser counter.
