For P-7 replace the magenta image unit for P-5 and P-28 unless you know your way around Konica Minolta Copiers you need to have the two sensor located below the transfer belt on the right side cleaned and or replaced, to clean them you must uncover them because when the belt assy. is remove the are covered. In your case the soft switch will be 3-1-1 changing last bit to 0. if the code comes back do not reset as this code deals with the fuser it can catch on fire and that will ruin a perfectly good day.
