A printer without a control panel. the code deal with one control board not talking to another, recommend a tech look at it he might be able to re-flash the firmware the copiers operating system worse case one or both boards are bad. Is the machine on a good surge protector not an Ace hardware 9.99 special? Nothing against Ace. But a thousand dollar machine should be protected with a good minimum 100 dollar surge protector. DID you swap a board from a different machine if so you really messed up the machine, Have a tech come out to look it over mite run below? NVRAM holds the serial number and counts so people cant erase the counts as new. CD3##: NVRAM Data error • When the data stored due to the NVRAM trouble is lost, backup data can be used for restoration. • Trouble code [C-D370] will be displayed when multiple errors (over 5) of NVRAM data are detected, which can be restored with one restoration command. • Data backup will be automatically performed every hour. Backup can also be performed manually with the following setting. [Service Mode] ? [Enhanced Security] ? [NVRAM Data Back Up] Touch the following code on the trouble code display screen. Stop ? 0 ? 7 ? 1 ? 3 ? 9 2. [*] will be displayed on the trouble code screen. 3. Touch [*]. 4. The screen will be shifted to the data restoration screen to perform data restoration. NOTE • When the restoration is performed in a short time, data restoration screen may not be displayed. 5. Check the message which indicates that the data restoration was successfully conducted. Sir/Mam, Turn off the main power switch, ensure the sub power switch is on. The sub power switch is located on the right side of the control panel. Then holding down the Utility/Counter button turn the main power switch on. Close the front door you must keep the Utility button down. The screen will show TROUBLE RESET touch it sees a "OK" then power off the machine. YOU MUST WAIT TEN SECONDS BEFORE POWERING UP AGAIN!!!!!! If the problem goes away OK. If the code comes back, you need a Fusing unit Which will be expensive!!! Sorry :( DO NOT KEEP TRYING TO RESET THE MACHINE! THE MACHINE IS TELLING YOU THERE IS A PROBLEM!!!!! try removing the default settings.

Error code relates to an out of range ATDC sensor level detected on the black I.UIt normally happens when customer does not replace the toner when prompted.It can usually be cleared by opening and closing the front or right side covers thus allowing the machine to cycle and add toner until it reaches an acceptable level.If not cleared after four or five attempts go into service mode and run tcr toner supply for black.(In Image Adjustment)This will clear down the error Or you may need to replace the black IU if that doesnt work.

Behind the machine very bottom where # 3 draw is there is a small hole.
