My HP printer's light blinks, but it doesn't print.

two things to consider.
1. If the blinking is fast (like more than two blinks per second) then the printer is damaged. Either the main controller board is fried or the carriage/ink controller is damaged.
2. if the blinking is slow ( 1 blink per second) this means that either of your cartridges is busted. remove the black cartridge then close the top cover. If the blinking stops, then the black ink is the culprit. If not, replace the black then remove the other cartridge. THis means that one of your cartridge needs to be replaced.

Prints blank page

Have you checked the print que Printer problems can be a real hassle. From time to time, due to document layout or settings on your computer, in your software of choice, or even on your printer, a blank page may get "printed" with the rest of your document. Fortunately, this issue is a simple one to troubleshoot. Click "Print Preview" when you are finished with your document and ready to print. Observe your document. If you see an extra, blank page, you have created a second page. To delete the second page, close Print Preview, go back into the document and eliminate any blank lines in your documents that you may not need. You may also find an inadvertent page break at the end of your document. Place your cursor on its symbol and delete it. Locate the symbol by clicking on the Show Formatting paragraph icon in the toolbar. Circumvent this "ghost page" if you do not see a second (or additional) blank page in Print Preview. Specify the number of pages you wish to print, within the Print dialogue box. This is typically done by selecting the "Print From" option, then entering the page numbers desired. If your document happens to be ten pages (without, of course, that final blank page), then enter in the "Print From" field the numbers "1-10". This will print only pages 1 through 10, without an eleventh (blank) page.

How to reset HP ink ADVANTAGE 3515 Printer

Hello. First of all I would like to wish everyone a Happy New Year! I recently bought a HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 3515 printer. The printer works fine (prints, scans and copies). There is only one problem with it. It returns me an error when I'm shutting it off. This happens very often but not always, it is kinda annoying. The error is displayed as: ERROR CODE 0X02B7C2ED SM_MODULE C (the error is also shown on the image). I tried to Google the problem but without effects. I don't know what could be the problem. Can someone help me please, because I have no idea what could be the issue. Thanks for any replays.

Wireless printers may face an installation problem with Windows 7 operating system. For example, Toshiba laptop is compatible with this operating system yet it may require a driver download for executing a print command on wireless printer. To combat this challenge, users are advised to delete and re-install the printer. If the problem persists assign the wireless printer to a fixed address through a router instead of the Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP). Accessing the wireless printer from a laptop with Windows 7 operating system can be a challenge. Often, it may display the printer to be offline. To resolve the issue, users must cancel printing jobs immediately and delete offline printers from the Printers option in the Control Panel. Visit the Printer properties and access the Ports tab, delete the printer that displays the offline status and appears as Client Side Rendering Provider. Delete the Port button and click apply. Restart the PC. Now re-install the wireless printer by visiting the Control panel, opening Printers and clicking option add a printer. Now select add a local printer, followed by selecting the option "Use an existing port", LPT1: (Printer Port). Install the printer driver offered by Windows 7. In the next window leave the Set as a default printer box unchecked and re-name the printer. Click Next. Upon successful installation, the operating system will display the message "You've successfully added printer name"

Hp deskjet 6980 will not change to online.

Right click printer properties and select online. Start /settings /printers. Offline can also indicate a connection is not available - this occurs with demo versions of printer software. When the demo expires, the printer goes offline. The fix is to just use windows networking and shared printer.

HP Deskjet 640C doesn't print after being long out of use. Cartridges are empty or dry. Is there a way of replacing only the black cartridge for B/W printing by "cheating" the printer? Thx Robert

I found perhaps a couple of cheats when it comes to desktop printers. Their is a RESET BUTTON on the cartage itself that will give you more ink out of your cartage.

My HP Deskjet D2360 keeps going offline. What

First try reinstalling drivers for your printer from original CD, if that doesn't help update your drivers from the Internet.

If none of it helps, try connecting your printer to another computer and see if it will behave the same. If it does, then printer is ready for retirement.
