I have the same problem with my Charglo fireplace. The propane company checked preasure and they even replaced the regulator. I am very disappointed with this and am afraid to use it. I have contacted Charmglo in the past and they were useless.

In my online research, I was not able to find any free downloads for manuals of this brand. I did find a website that sold Charmglow manuals, though they did not list your specific model. However, they have a toll free # you can call and request your specific model manual. Hope this helps.

glo-warm doesnt sell a conversion kit since they have propane version they sell the propane unit --their are universal conversion kits but you would need to check if their compatible to the glo warm unit
