No, all ODB2 ports are the same, but they only fit one way. Unless you have found a diagnostic port on a Business Style Copier / Printer and are trying to connect. That won't work at all.

the tool got stuck, after a shot, it stayed up and I cannot release it to put a bullet and a nail for the next shot, what can I do, I tried to undo the nut in the top of the tool with no success.

There is no internal fuse. Return the Fluke for warranty repair.
Maintenance Clean the case with a damp cloth and detergent. Do not use abrasives or solvents. Because the inputs are electronically protected, no fuses are required.
