Go to service mode, press utility button from the panel, now press " stop, 0,0, stop, 0,1, it will show service mode, now select shipment, in this option, select "Maintenance Counter" now in this option select, 0 and press ok.

Utility button then stop 00 stop 01. Then use arrows to clear data screen then clear counters. Has the drum and developer been replace do that before clearing the counters

Clearing display

The M1 in the display remind you that the M1 memory contains a number that is not equal to 0. So, to get rid of M1, M2, or M3, you shoild store the value 0 in them.
0 [STO] 1 stores 0 in M1, and thus erases its contents: M1 disappears

How do I reset the calculator after installing new
