I have link lights on NIC but when printing a config page it reports there is no NIC installed. I have reset device back to factory defaults. Is there some other way of finding the MAC / hardware address of the device?

In the Utility Menu you can set the default settings for most functions. Set the copier to the state you wish it to be in. Under the utility menu there is a default setting button. This will allow you to set the current state to the default as well as reset to factory default.

You need to set the options in the printer driver as well. You need to tell it just what features you have installed on the device.

Hi jdt_mk,
Sorry to hear you have a C-14a3 code.
In my experience, this code spells disaster for the 161f.
The image reader has failed. The part can be replaced, but the cost would almost outweigh the cost of replacing the machine.
I have personally had to deal with two 161f with the same code.
Both times we changed the machine (because it was on contract).
Sorry it's not good news

You have to have a fiery unit (external controler) to use the C350 With a Mac because the c350 dosnt come with appletalk in the software. IC-401 Is the model number of the controller you will need to connect the c350 to any kind of mac for printing / scanning.
