• The 1st Image Transfer Pressure/Retraction Position Sensor doesn't turn ON (Retracting) even after the lapse of a given period of time after the 1st Image Transfer Pressure/Retraction Clutch has turned ON during the Transfer Belt is retracting. • The 1st Image Transfer Pressure/Retraction Position Sensor doesn't turn OFF (Pressuring) even after the lapse of a given period of time after the 1st Image Transfer Pressure/Retraction Clutch has turned ON during the Transfer Belt is pressuring.

• During a retraction operation of the transfer belt, the transfer belt retraction sensor cannot detect the transfer belt at its retracted position within a predetermined period of time after the transfer belt retraction clutch is turned ON. • During a pressure operation of the transfer belt, the transfer belt retraction sensor cannot detect the transfer belt at its pressed position within a predetermined period of time after the transfer belt clutch is turned ON. Remedy 1 Check the M5 connector for proper connection and correct as necessary. 2 PS31 I/O check, sensor check. 3 CL7 operation check. 4 M5 operation check. 5 Change CL7. 6 Change M21. 7 Change PRCB.

Sir, Open close front door. to reset. Ensure belt was install properly the code is for that device also check the transfer roller sponge one. ensure shipping parts remove before installation.

Check the transfer belt was all the tape removed fro the assy> was the belt properly installed, was the belt aa third party? if so get OEM!!!

C 2152 : Transfer belt separation.Check the main motor connector for proper connection,check the image transfer pressure/retraction position sensor and clutch.For reset the error turn OFF the copier press and hold pressed the Utility key and turn ON the copier,wait to Trouble reset message appaire on the display and release the utility key and touch the trouble reset ,turn OFF the copier ,wait 1 minutes and turn ON.

Remove the transfer belt and reseat it. who ever installed the transfer belt may have hit a sensor and did some damage to it. IF after reseating the transfer belt call a konicaminolta tech out.,

you need the retract motor or the sencor that sees it

it seems that it the you transfer belt. to be sure, take the old one into the copier, swith off th copier, with 10 seconds or more, then swith on. the error code will disappear :-)
