Enter in the user menu and select blak/white or select in your computer before printing grayscale.

I changed my image/graphic into a bw bitmap image. It worked for me. I get charged one side color and the other side bw.

if i am correct the bizhub 350 is for black and white only and not colored, unless you use a bizhub c350
