Reseting counter after installing new image transfer roller unit

I replaced the image transfer roller unit and the paper dust remover/ozone filter on my Konica Minolta Bizhub 350 but the machine is still telling me that they need to be replaced. I presume that there must be a way to reset the counter on these units but I can't find anything in the manuals. Anyone know how to do this?

Where do I find the Paper Dust Remover/Ozone Filter and the Transfer Roller Unit?

I believe the filter is located on the right or left side. The "Transfer Roller Unit" is the foam roller inside the right door.

I have a Konica Minolta Bizhub C350 which is now indicating that it needs to have the image transfer roller unite and paper dust/ozone filter replaced. Where are these located in the machine and is it...

I would advise having a copier technician replace those items it is not that hard to do but if you dont get the roller seated in the holder properly it can destroy the transfer belt and that could get expensive

Need to know how to reset codes

To reset the life counters for the transfer roller & ozone filter you will need to enter the service mode.

To do this press utilty, meter count, details(if available), then stop, 0, 0, stop , 0, 1.
You should now be in tech rep mode, select counters then life.
Select the transfer roller/ozone filter button and press the C key on the keypad.
It should zero the life count.
Now press end, exit etc until you back at the copy screen.

Warning: Please do not reset or clear any other data within tech rep mode or you may inadvertantly affect the performance of you machine.

Consumable replacement message

You need to go into service mode to reset these parts. Start by hitting the "Utility" button on the control panel. Then select "Meter Count" from the menu. Next hit "Details". Then you need to hit the following buttons in this order, STOP,0,0,STOP,0,1. This will bring you into the service mode on this machine. From there you should select "Counter". From the Counter menu select "Special parts counter". Highlight the parts you replaced and hit the "C" on the control panel to clear the counter. This process should be done for any parts that you replace and will prevent the message from popping up.
