Hi,

Water draining is indicative that the drain valve is left open allowing water to escape even during regular/wash cycle and not only on drain/wash cycle completion. this could be brought about by:
1. laundry material, debris, safety pin, clips or some other foreign material has lodged itself prohibiting the drain valve in closing properly; or
2. the mechanism (solenoid) closing the valve is jammed in the open position.

Corrective measure calls for inspection and possibly cleaning or solenoid/control mechanism repair or replacement. Often these can be found at the bottom or near bottom of the machine below the tub.

I was unable to locate your filter in your machine but if it would help after you clean the filter you could install an inline filter between the valve and the hose. This is an RV filter it just screws on like the hose.

The drain hose is too low, you need to lift the height of the drain hose as it is siphoning and won't be able to fill to the required level.
