PF is power failure. usually touchin a pad will clear this. if it is popping up and you havent had a power outage,. there may be a bad connection in your power line to the stove or a bad connection on the control itself.
A pf code usually shows up if the power to the stove has been interrupted for a short time. It is usually cleared by setting the clock or setting the oven or broil.
Code PF means at some point the stove lost electrical power, PF=Power failure detected, this can be the wall plug lost power or it can be the control board inside the range failing.
PF = Power Failure. Sounds like you have a bad electrical connection. With your breaker off, check that the connections from the cord to the range are all good and tight. Next, check the receptacle where the cord plugs in. Remove the cover and check the connections there as well. Examine the power cord also. There could even be a poor connection at the breaker box (at the circuit breaker or the neutral buss bar) but not as likely, as your problem appeared when you moved your range.
beleive it or not set the clock,I work at an apartment complex and the cleaner always unplugs my stoves to clean behind ,everytime I plug back in PF,Just set the clock hours and minutes,Its just telling you you lost power incase you had something cooking in the oven, you wont think that your oven is broken, and also so it doesnt start automatically by it self please rate this solution thanks
