My 1987 wr 430 was easy to kick this morning when
Piston rings could have snapped and is making it hard to move piston in barrel
I wouldn't recommend using bike till you check piston out as you could damage header of engine and may need it replacing if you damage it too much.
Wont spark
Check the stator and coil with a voltmeter
Dead Alternator?
Those voltage numbers are horrible. Just sitting on your workbench, the battery should read at least 12.8 volts. And without the gear turned on, the voltage at idle should be above 14 volts. I have a hunch you're going to find the voltage regulator and/or bad connections in the brown coupler are the culprit, but I suppose it wouldn't hurt to check the alternator.
Unplug the brown coupler, set your meter to read AC volts and probe any two of the yellow wires in the harness side of the coupler. Rev the engine to 4000 rpm and you should see at least 60 volts AC. If you consider the three yellow wires to be A, B, and C, you'll need to perform this test on the pairs A-B, A-C, and B-C. Good luck.
What motor oil does the
It takes SAE 20w in the transmission, They say a 4%mix for the gas oil mix and 94 octane , I have a 390 and run synthetic oil and run at 50:1 never had any problems. 4% is 32:1 , But with the new oils go for the 50:1 is better , You will not gum up the piston ring.
2006 Husqvarna TE-610 only has intermittent spark one.
If you have already replaced the flywheel, stator, and CDI, the next step would be to check the ignition coil and spark plug. It is possible that the ignition coil is faulty and needs to be replaced. Check the spark plug for any damage or wear and replace it if necessary. Additionally, make sure all the wiring connections are secure and free of corrosion.
If none of these steps fix the issue, it may be best to take the bike to a mechanic or dealer for further diagnosis. They may be able to identify any other potential problems that could be causing the intermittent spark issue.

K970 won't start after rebuild
My first thought is that is the primer bulb in the right way round as effectively, it is a one way valve New bulbs also fail to work properly. I reckon that is why they come in packs of 10 :>D Take it off, connect it to fuel and make sure it pumps.
Also please note that we are not Husqvarna, we just have the category for easy filing.

Most likely it will be the stater. And they are pricey. Coils hardly ever go bad or the only other thing that would cause a no spark problem could be the kill button. I hate to say it, but i think it will be the stater.

Husqvarna Z turn changed the rectifier and the battery and something is still killing the battery
Ok.. The rectifier only changes AC voltage to DC voltage.. the voltage to charge the battery comes from the generator.
With the engine running at half throttle+, and IN NEUTRAL, check the voltage at the battery terminals it should be 13 volts +. If you are not getting at least that much.. make sure all connections are tight.. if its less than 13V..... more checking is indicated. (Shop time)..sorry...
