How or can i remove tcon cover of samsung le32r41bx

This set has most the typical tcon parts located on the right panel board, you have a bad panel and the set won't be repairable.

Remove and clean the 2 flat ribbon cables going from the tcon to main board to the panel boards and see if that corrects the issue, next would be replace the tcon board if your set has one, if not the main

The screen could of had stopped working and the screen is going bad on your TV.

If like my tv it is soldered on and is an rf shield you have to desolate it from the board.

The TCON board can give you both Horizontal and Vertical lines, it is real easy to fix and fairly cheap. The most I have had to pay for any TCON board has been $45 plus shipping. Mostly what goes bad on these boards are the IC, a part that costs around $5.00 but requires micro-soldiering experience and tools.

Sounds like nothing more than a tcon cable connection. I would try unplugging then plugging the cable connection to the tcon and also the two upper tcon cables that are located under the Tcons metal cover.

The Tcon is located under the small metal cover dead center at the top of the rear panel. Just remove the couple of screws and the tcon is directly under the metal shield. Tcon board failed check the fuse on the board marked by the letter P on it check it is ok no screen can be the fuse has popped this works in milli amps. if a failing capacitor on main board or on power board it blows the fuse in the tcon board in the middle of the screen back you need to take all boards out and remove the cage mind the cables when doing this. unscrew the 4 screw on the silver case covering the t con board un clip the cables off the screen ( with finger lift the black/brown flaps from cable end up) carefully remove the cables from the tcon board, now looking at the tcon board you will see a row of resistors and one marked with P on it check this. using a meter. should read no resistance and if on buzzer on meter should buzz. if don't buzz, remove the fuse with soldering iron, replace with the same fuse from a nintendo ds they are the same blow rate. before turning on the tv when you put everything back check the capacitors on power board the 16 volt 1000uf check these for damage as this is one of the main areas to cause the tcon board fuse to blow. also on the main board there are 3 capacitors 2 the same size and one that stands up more check these as the power goes to these first before going to the tcon board side. you need to remove them to test them. if any problems with these replace them. when replaced and you have checked there is no faults you can see on any board then turn the tv on. should be fine then.

is the screen full of vertical lines? It sounds like your Tcon has gone faulty but...there is hope. Firstly, only if you are competent with electrics follow the procedure bleow, else get a qualified tv engineer to inspect your tv.
Remove the back cover on the tv.Looking in from behind, check the power supply which is the board connected to the mains power lead. Check the capacitors, making sure none of them have bulging tops.These are the components shown below.

The caps shown below are an example of faulty caps, with their tops bulging.

This model of tv is prone to this condition, and if you have any bulging topped caps, replace them.
Next check the Tcon LVDS lead connection. The Tcon is the board located top centre of the screen and is enclosed in a metal plate.It has a lead connected to it that goes to the main board. Clean the connector at the Tcon.Be very careful though because the connection is fragile. It can be removed by gently squeezing in either end of the connector and gently pulling outwards.If these procedures are not successful, replace the Tcon.
