Open the front door, with power on. upper left small access cover remove and press trouble reset switch if the code comes back DO NOT RESET means a problem with the fuser (The hot Part) it can catch on fire that will ruin a perfectly good day. Have a tech come out look at it. He need to be old school that is a legacy Minolta machine, Now KonicaMinolta. For parts try this site.

On the right side of cotrol panel there is small hole press it with clips .On the screen appear small dot press it then press 3 then apear screen chose from it troble reset .
