Camera saying memory full but card brand new

Not only the size is important, the manual says SD max 2 GB. But even a 1GB SDHC card won't work, because the camera is not compatible with SDHC and SDXC. They used to make SD cards up to 4 GB, but most new cards from 1 GB and up are SDHC and above 32 GB the cards are SDXC. Older camera's can't handle these cards, although they look the same. To read more and to understand compatibility from device versus Memory card, read this: Secure Digital Wikipedia the free encyclopedia

Screen seems to be cracked on inside. Can it be repaired?

Screens can be replaced, but most of the time the costs are exuding the price of a new camera, of the same quality. So if you can live with the crack, use the camera and start saving for a new one.

Driver for windows 7

It is not your computer that needs drivers, it is the hardware you need to connect to the operating system that needs a driver. From Windows 7 and up, Microsoft only allows drivers, if the manufacturer asked for certification and the hardware and driver work conform Microsofts demands. If the hardware and driver is certified the driver is also on the Microsoft website. Most of the time if you use new hardware the operating system goes to Microsoft to see if there is a correct driver and then installs the driver. For your camera, just install the Samsung software that came with the camera. And if you can't find the CD, download the software form the Samsung website, under support.

Poor Image quality

Are you aware your camera has a lot of settings for "changing" the final picture? Even a fun mode. If set to the "wrong" setting, without knowing, you can think all pictures are bad. Check your manual (or the one online) for the setup menu and how to set your E (effects)

Need drivers for windows 7

Do you REALLY need a driver? The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries. Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use any photo cataloging program such as Picasa ( http://picasa.google.com ).

If you are using the "Auto" or "Auto Exposure" feature of the camera, then the camera's internal sensors need to be looked at by a professional repair shop.If you are adjusting the settings yourself, my suggestion is to use an exposure mode of ISO 200 to ISO 800, keeping in mind the lower the ISO number, the more light you will need in the background, the higher the ISO the less light you will need. You can take a learning class online or purchase a book about techniques of photography.http://www.learn.usa.canon.com/galleries/galleries/tutorials/eos101_cll.shtml?cm_mmc=EM-_-EO-_-20130605-_-LeadIn

Take no more pics until you've recovered your photos, take the card out of the camera. This is to reduce the chance of you overwriting some of your "lost" photos. There are many good freeware photo recovery software options that may help you recover your photos. This article reviews and outlines several of the better ones. Note that you may need to use the corrupted card procedures listed in the article.
Once you've recovered your photos, you'll need to format the card in your camera, using the camera's format feature (look for it in the camera's menus). This will rejuvenate the card, but will also erase it, so only do such after recovering, or as per the corrupted card procedures of the above link. And in the future, do not use your memory card for long term storage, as they are prone to corrupt as you've discovered. Instead regularly save and backup your photos using your computer.
