are you entering a number into the input screen for master print? When happy with print, then set pages and start. Good tip on these, when finished on long print run, get as many covers off and get a compressed air line to blow out all the paper dust from inside. That fine dust gets everywhere and keeping the sensors clean is a mustare you entering a number into the input screen for master print? When happy with print, then set pages and start. Sounds like the starter solenoid is not transferring electrical power to the starter, or starter relay (if fitted) is not working. Check for a good engine earth. Connect a test light to the starter terminal and an earth, press the button, if it does not light, follow the cable to the solenoid and test for power to the solenoid from the battery, check earth to solenoid body and using the test light check the small wire has power when the button is pushed, if no then you are looking at the relay. Silly question, have you checked the side stand switch, kill switch and neutral switch. These all break the power to the starter solenoid. If you bridge any of these switches, please ensure the bike is in neutral. Good Luck
Start by checking the starter button. It is a two function switch. It turns the headlight off and activates the solenoid. Try cleaning it , some disassembly may be required. If it is broken you may have to change the right switch assembly to fix the problem. If the button is good I would next start checking the wire connections for the handle bar switches , Normally located in the head light bucket or behind the headlight the problem could be as simple as a loose power wire.
I would check and make sure the connections to the starter are tight first. try tightening the big cable that goes from the battery to the starter. try to tighten both ends. try to tighten the battery cables them selves too. rule this out first before removing the starter because you could remove the starter and it may test fine and you will feel like putting it into a shop when the whole time the connections were not good enough. remember that DC current or battery power really needs very good connections when it comes to hi power items especially like a starter. if the battery connections are a lil loose the dome light and radio ( small power items will many times still work)
if you tested before you fitted it must work when you fited in to the engine/
first check your battery connections clean, also if its loose tightened .
check starter wiring connections mainly earthing or neagtive to the body, if all wiring is ok check ignition swich.
Does it still make a master? If so, is it an issue?
Yes but without the light coming on it will not make a master

I believe that, but what is a compressed air line? Would a hairdryer do?
Maybe thats why the button is stiff
Yes I put a number when doing a new master otherwise it would not work
