Do I have to prime a 1530 John deer tractor after i replaced the fuel pump?

Yes, use instructions for bleeding after a filter change. See attached.

If primer lever stroke action seems short, bump the starter so the pump cam rotates away from the pump.

Parts diagram for wall kennel pro model 8800

It looks like you meant 'Wahl', this is why upper case letters are important for 'proper names' because Spell check won't alter them. Here are the parts diagram and suppliers, including Wahl themselves. https://www.google.com/search?q=wahl+kennel+pro+model+8800+parts+diagram You can safely ignore the answer from the African Prince as he is just copying and pasting from AI Chat GPT4. ..

My John Deere 5400 tractor runs until when started

Yes. The ignition switch uses two contacts for start/run. START position energizes the fuel shutoff relay which feeds back into itself to create a self latching state. The RUN position allows the self latch to continue until no longer in the RUN position (OFF), which interrupts the self latch thereby cutting off fuel. So you need to determine why the ignition switch RUN position doesn't maintain the fuel relay self latch state.

Fs55rc trimmer has no compression? Any help would be appreciated? Thanks

Suggest a cranckcase leak test to locate leak(s) other than rings. You need to seal the intake and exhaust ports and pressurize the crankcase via spark plug hole. No special tools other than an adapter from sparkplug hole to compressed air. The intake and exhaust ports can be sealed with pieces if old bicycle inner tube between carb and port and muffler and port. Then apply 5 to 10 psi to spark plug adapter. Spray case seams and shaft seals with WD40 or soapy water to locate slow leaks.Search "two cycle crankcase leak test" for videos.

Why does the engine turn over and stop like the battery or starter is bad? How do I adjust the valves on a Craftsman riding mower 17.5 HP engine?

Hello Joe How old is the battery? Battery life in mowers is bad because they usually aren't well looked after in the winter, 6 months use and 6 months neglect. Also fuel is often left in the tank and in the carb which goes funky. Do you have a compression tester? Valve adjustment https://www.google.com/search?q=craftsman+riding+mower+17.5+adjust+valve+clearance ..

I've a 5 litre garden pressure sprayer and it's not functioning properly. It is pumping pressure but then it's leaking it all out at top of the green handle.

Here are some steps you can follow: Check the Seals and O-Rings: Release the pressure: Make sure there's no pressure in the cylinder by releasing the pressure release valve. Unscrew the pump: Remove the pump to access the internal components. Inspect the seals and O-rings: Look for any damaged or worn-out rubber seals. Check the rubber seal at the bottom of the tube (where the plunger sits) and ensure it's in place. Examine the one-way valve (usually at the bottom of the tube) and clean it. Lubricate it with silicone grease. Lubricate the rubber washer on the plunger with silicone grease and reassemble it in the tube. Reassemble the pump: Put the plunger back into the tube and lock it with the handle. Test the sprayer: Pump it up and check if it maintains pressure without leaking. Inspect the Handle and Hose: Handle connection: Ensure the handle is securely attached to the cylinder. Hose inspection: Check the hose for kinks, twists, or blockages. Straighten out any kinks and remove debris that might be blocking the hose. Check the Nozzle and Wand: Nozzle adjustment: Adjust the nozzle to the desired spray pattern. Wand inspection: Examine the spray wand for clogs or obstructions. Lubricate O-Rings and Seals: Apply silicone grease to the O-rings, seals, and other moving parts to ensure smooth operation. Test the Sprayer: Fill the cylinder to the desired level (avoid exceeding the maximum fill mark). Screw down the pump firmly to create an airtight seal. Manually operate the pressure release valve to ensure it's working.

Craftsman Riding Lawn Mower 17.5hp. Why Engine Turns Slow, Starter Hanging Up, Won't Turn Over?

Hi Joe Still having trouble with that old mower! I thought you fixed it? You stated the reason it was turning over and lock up the mower had the wrong starter on it the Starter Motor Drive Bendix had 16 teeth and the mower needed a Starter with 14 teeth so I changed the Starter out. That's what I did. I reckon you are using batteries that are wearing out and don't have the required amps. Jump start the mower using your Santa Fe with the engine running. Or take the batteries to an Interstate Battery shop and ask them to test them. That is free, but they can also pulse charge them to desulphate the plates. There is a small charge for that and they keep the battery for 24 hours. Other things you can try. Remove the starter and connect it direct to the battery. See if it spins freely? Turn the engine over by hand to see if there is stiffness. Then do it with the plugs out. ..

Where can I find a replacement throttle cable for a Remington Rodeo chain saw? The part has been discontinued and I don't have the original. The original part was MTD-753-06409.

This is what it looks like. The only unusual thing is the funny L-Shaped connector and the long length of bare cable which looks like the outer sleeve is held by the oval piece. If you have that oval piece is is an easy replacement. A local motorcycle shop could make you one, or try Jack's Small Engines, he is the expert. https://www.mower-atvparts.com/Remington-Chainsaw-Throttle-Cable-753-06409_p_3393.html https://www.google.com/search?q=Remington+Rodeo+chainsaw+replacement+throttle+cable ..

Black& Decker grasshog electric weedeater GH600.. 2007.Need advise removing the guard. No screw, but 3 springy tabs. I don't have 3 hands to move them at the same time

Removing the guard on your Black & Decker Grasshog electric weedeater GH600 can be tricky without three hands, but here's a method you can try: 1. Use a flathead screwdriver or a similar tool to depress one of the springy tabs while holding it down. 2. While holding the first tab down, use a second tool (another flathead screwdriver, a pair of pliers, etc.) to depress a second tab. 3. Once you have two tabs depressed, you should be able to use your free hand to push or pull the guard away from the trimmer. 4. If needed, use the same method to depress the third tab and completely remove the guard. Alternatively, you might ask someone to assist you by holding down the tabs while you remove the guard. If you're still having trouble, refer to the user manual or contact Black & Decker customer support for further assistance.

What are the advantages of using HDPE pond liner sheets for constructing a pond?

Here are the advantages of using HDPE pond liner sheets for constructing a pond:
  • Durability and Puncture Resistance: HDPE is a tough material that can withstand wear and tear. It's resistant to punctures from rocks, roots, or other sharp objects that might be present in the soil under your pond. This translates to a long lifespan for your pond liner, minimizing the need for replacements.
  • UV Resistance: Unlike some materials that degrade under sunlight, HDPE liners are UV resistant. This means they won't become brittle or break down over time when exposed to the sun, ensuring the liner lasts for many years.
  • Chemical Compatibility: HDPE is non-toxic and resistant to many chemicals. This makes it safe for fish and plants in your pond, and it won't leach harmful chemicals into the water if you need to treat the pond with certain substances.
  • Suitable for Large Ponds: HDPE liners come in large sheet sizes, making them ideal for constructing bigger ponds. The large sheet size reduces the need for seams, which can be weak points in a liner, and simplifies the installation process for larger ponds.
  • Relatively Easy Installation: While professional installation is always recommended, HDPE liners are lighter than some other pond liner options and can be workable for DIY projects. They can be welded together to create a secure seam, and their flexibility allows them to conform to the contours of your pond.
  • Cost-Effective in the Long Run: Although the upfront cost of HDPE liners might be higher than some other options, their durability and low maintenance requirements make them a cost-effective choice in the long run. You won't need to replace them as often, and they can help prevent leaks that could damage your landscaping or require repairs.
