Miller spectrum 625 2010 model. will not power up

no you idiot! the plug is different & even if you could somehow, its half the power output. Your plasma welders for the matter, have whats called a duty cycle, which plays into effect.... electrical load level....ect.
HOWEVER-- you can plg ito the same outlet as your stove, washer & dryer plugs. DON'T BURN YOUR HOUSE DOWN, The wife will kill you!

check the cables in the plasma torch.

If the problem continues, theres no enough power to start it.

It sounds like you have a problem in the power supply input area. Make sure your voltage select switch is in the correct location. Unplug the unit and switch back and forth between the two positions to clean the contacts. Try again. If still bad check you terminal lug connections on the input lead wires. If still bad please answer these questions.

Does the power indicator come on at all? Does the fan start?

The consumables on the torch head could be incorrect or not installed correctly. check these.
