What if I can no longer access the email address for my PayPal account?
If you can't access the email address for your PayPal account, you can change the email address you use to log in. Here's how:
Sign in to your HP Connected account to change your printer email address.
Go to HP Connected, and then sign in to your account.
The My Printers tab opens and a list of connected printers display.
Find the printer you want to modify access to, and then click Settings.

You can have several email addresses. For example, a Yahoo Mail address and a Gmail email address. They are NOT the same address. They are accounts hosted by two quiet separate entities, Yahoo and Google. Your primary email address is simply the one you use most of the time. Email sent to your address in one account does not appear in the other account automatically. You have to sign into Yahoo mail to see the Yahoo mail you get. Likewise, you have to sign into your Google account to see your Google mail. And the accounts have different addresses and hopefully different passwords. The email you see in either account is your email but simply email that has been directed to that particular accounts email address. Email directed to your Yahoo email account will not be showing up in your Google email account; DIFFERENT ADDRESSES.

How do I add or remove an email address from my account?
You can log into Facebook using any of the email addresses listed on your account. To add or remove an email address from your account:
Click at the top right of Facebook and select Settings
Click Email
Click Add another email to add a new email to your account or click Remove to delete an email from your account
Enter your password
Click Save Changes
When you add a new email address to your account, we'll send you a confirmation email. Click the link in the email to confirm you want this email address added to your Facebook account.
One way to keep your account safe is to make sure the email addresses listed on your account are accurate. We also recommend adding an extra email address to your account in case you ever lose access to your main email address.

Click the triangle at the top right of any Facebook page and choose "Settings." Select "Email" and choose "Add Another Email." Type the new email address in the box and select "Save Changes." Log in to your email account and click the link in the confirmation email message from Facebook. In Facebook, select "Email" again and click the radio button next to the new email address you want to use as your primary address. To delete an old email address, click "Remove" to the right of the address. Choose "Save Changes" when you've selected the correct primary address.
If Apple uses normal security procedures the fact that your old email account is inactive shouldn't matter to your login. Go ahead and login using the old email address and then change the email address. Apple will then send an email to your old email address to notify you that your email address has changed and that you should notify them if you did not request the change. You won't get that email, of course, but that doesn't matter because you DO want the change.
1 -Simply set up a new email address on gmail or any other provider.
2 - In Outlook, log onto your old email address.
3 - Create a message rule to forward all messages received in your old email address Inbox to your new email address. To do this go to the Message heading and select "Create Rule From Message".
4 - Remember to inform everybody that your email address has changed. The easiest way to do this is to have an auto-reply from your old email address that informs message senders of the details of your new email address.
5 - If you think some people may send emails to your old email address in the distant future, you may want to log into your old email from time to time to ensure that it is not deleted due to inactivity.
6 - You can also post your new details on Facebook or any other social media platforms if you wish.
To scan to email, Administrator email address must be set in the machine (any bogus email address will work too).
Also, email server address must be input as IP address if DNS or WINS is not running in LAN.
