The hard plastic material which is placed in the front of the led is available in the market.3 What glue should be used to stick the glass type material which comes over each LED bulb.4 What are the range of voltages comes in the line connected to the led from power supply board.Hope your valuable support, I like to post more queries
You should be ok just the replacing the one LED, you can get them off ebay

The probleis with one of the maina boards and trouble shooting would have to be done to see which board is bad.

If the power supply outputs are good! Then I would say the back light inverter is bad! If the screen stays black and does not come on.
