Many ovens built by GE display error codes on the display when problems are detected. The F7 error code indicates that there is a problem with the buttons of the control panel. The code comes on when two or more buttons are stuck at the same time. The oven cannot operate when this condition exists. The oven is repaired by replacing the control panel with a functioning one.
Follow the steps
1. Unplug the oven power cord from the electrical outlet.
2. Open the oven door fully.
3. Unscrew and remove the two or three screws from the inside of the oven that hold down the control panel.
4. Pull the control panel toward the front of the oven. Lift the panel up to disconnect it from the oven.
5. Rotate the control panel sideways to get easy access to the data cable.
6. Remove the screws that hold the data-cable connector. Disconnect the data cable. Set the old control panel aside.
7. Plug the data cable into the new control panel. Replace the screws that hold the cable connector into the control panel.
8. Position the control panel in its correct position on top of the GE oven. Replace the screws on the bottom of the control panel from the inside of the oven.
thank you

F7 for a Fridgidaire Range indicates a failure with the electronic Range Control (ERC). Unfortunately when these fault codes pop up, the electronic boards must be replaced. The part number for yours is 937801 and costs about $190. Is it possible you may have gotten cleaner on the board or possibly shorted out the buttons? Is your range still covered under a warranty? Double check your paperwork and see if the electronics are covered for an extended period beyond the normal limited warranty you get when you purchase a new appliance. Post back with comments and/or questions if you wish to repair the range. I hope this helps you.

I have a GE JT950 double oven that just did the same thing: F7 and beeps like crazy. I found solution on another post: an engineer figured out how to solve the issue without calling GE or buying parts. I just did it tonight and it worked fine. Here is a copy of the post:
Send an e-mail to Charlie at [email protected] for a fix-it that you can try. He explains a possible solution fully with his 'The Dreaded "F7" Error' solution. I actually found his information on another website when I did a web search for "GE Profile Oven F7 Issue". I sent an e-mail to him and he replied with free fix-it information. I am not a repair person myself, but, his instructions are very clear and simple to follow. I did the fix-it at no cost in approximately 10 minutes and it has solved my problem
