All numbers should have a small letter underneath them. This means that if you, for example press 2 for 3x, that you will get the C. This is how you fill in the password.

A model number for your Magnavox TV would be helpful because the Parental Control Reset procedure varies. There should be a sticker on the back of the TV showing the model number.
