Before you start looking for spark try to clean the main jet in the carburetor. !. Drop the float bowl.insert a screwdriver in the tube in the bottom of the carburetor and unscrew the main jet with it removed clean it with a brass brush and carburetor cleaner. Make sure all ports are open. reinsert and attach float bowl. enable gas flow and try to start. if it still fails then investigate the spark issue. Remove the plug and with the spark plug wire attached reduce lighting , place spark plug on engine block and pull starter with the on off switch on, watch plug for spark. If no spark its either the plug or coil/ the plug is easier to replace so try a new one. if still no spark then replace the coil.

I have a 2007 miller bobcat it has spark cleaned carb new plugs new filter and it won't start

did you try a touch of starter fluid in the carb just to verify that the engine is getting spark? ethanol gas... if it hasn't run in a few months and you left the gas in it... you better revisit the carb cleaning

I have a Honda 7000 generator. Engine will not start. Spark plug is clean and getting spark. Carburetor is clean. Float is free, needle is free. The fuel however is NOT getting from carburetor to cylinder....

If the generator is an auto stop/start type for standby use, it would seem those solenoids are the reason why fuel isn't getting through. It would be a fairly sensible method of stopping the engine remotely.

An auto start/stop generator would need a battery for starting purposes, a battery that would presumably also provide current to energise those solenoids and allow fuel to flow.

I suggest you refer to the instruction manual in the first instance...
