I couldn’t come up with a parts list for your model. Newer models of today no longer have timers. Defrost is controlled by a computer board that could be located behind a plate in back of unit or in compressor area or inside refrigerator where controls are.

Your model TFX20JRBKWWW uses a defrost timer part number WR9X489 located behind the light shield in the fresh foods compartment. (top back area). Just in case you need to know, the defrost heater is a part number WR51X10101 located behind the back wall of the freezer.

check bottom back left should be a small hole with a small plastic place to turn with a srew driver some are insidethe fride on the left side arond where the lite is if you see a mall plate with a srew open it it should be there thanks from gilles

SOURCE: Freezer coils freezing, fridge warm

You might want to check and make sure the interior fan is working above the evaporator coils. If the fan isn't working the air won't circulate over the evaporator and it will frost over very quickly, and also cold air won't be pushed into the fridge side.

The fan might turn off when the door is open, hold the door switch shut while you check it.

Drawer in the freezer section keeps frosting up. I have adjusted the temperature setting and it keeps happening.

There is ice forming in the fridge part of the side by side refridgerator. The fridge is making noise, like a motor. it stops once you open the fridge though. Any ideas?

The fridge gets its cold air from the freezer through a vent(damper) between the freezer and fridge.The fan in the freezer blows air through it. Make sure this fan is running. You may have to hold the door switch in for it to run. There is a flap you adjust with the fridge temp. control. Make sure it's opening and closing when you adjust the fridge temp.
The problem could be the electronic control if you have one or the mechanical linkages.

the freezer actually cools the fridge via a fan usually located in the "ceiling" of the fridge. make sure this is working and check yur temp contols make sur they are adjusted right
