I think you should buy plastic bodied 1mm in diameter cable for your store. I have seen many department stores use these kinds of plastic seal in the bag so that people cannot add more stuff to the bag after buying the stuff. http://www.tydenbrooks.com/Products/Indicative-Seals.aspx provides wide range of seals.
