Use QuickBooks Pro 2002 on Windows 7, 8 & 8.1

Check that, Is your CD has not faulty (You can check it on another PC). If yes change CD from your retailer & get new CD. If your CD is not Faulty they try to install & wait untill its work.

In order to install XP, check the following:

For most newer motherboards, your install CD must be Windows XP with Service Pack (SP) 2 or 3. If you have an older copy (SP1), it will lock up in a "Blue Screen of Death" during the install.

The install also requires a Microsoft version of Windows. If this board is a replacement in an existing PC and you are attempting to use a restore CD that came with the PC (marked Dell, HP or whatever brand), it won't install on anything other than the original motherboard.

If you have the Genuine Windows license code (usually located on a hologram sticker on the side of the PC case), you don't need to buy a new copy/license. Ask any of your geek-savvy friends if they can burn you a copy of XP with SP2 or SP3. This should work.

Finally, after installing you may get a message stating you've entered an invalid license code. If this happens, call the "800" number that pops up and explain you've replaced a defective motherboard - Microsoft should give you a new activation code at no charge.

321 Studios first released DVD X Copy in 2003 and the company was taken to court by several major studios and in February was ruled illegal by a judge. Subsequently, 321 Studios closed down and all their DVD copying software was taken off the shelves (although some retailers continued selling the remaing inventory) leaving people (who has license copy of the software) in frustrations because they can not activate and use the software. There is no way you can activate the software now because their website no longer exist.
