i have a chipper and it started giving lot of problems 4 yrs ago, so I got this free Pdf manual from reliable-store for free and I don't think Ive visited a mechanic or fixya for help for more than 3-4 times out of the 20 times I fixed the chipper in these 4 years

Hi there's this website something like reliable-store and it is very amazing for manual for repairing servicing anything someone on fixya recommended it to me and I thank him even today They have full manuals and it's verrrrry cheap and mine I got free in offers 3rd time I also had an issue with the file so the girl replaced it in 30 mins there is one more but i don't remember its name it was 2 years back bitman something link this both very good

you can get guides online for error codes/ fault codes, wiring diagrams, schematic diagrams , torque specs, engine info, switches functioning, assemble, disassembly, complete refurbish, repair, installation every single thing is covered within seconds u can get the access and it's totally illustrative complete I know these websites

hello for heavy machinery u will find a lot of wiring diagrams and circuit diagrams and stuff like this at few sites I know with service like instant help any time

You obviously damages an electrical component in the mix when you reversed current polarity. Get a hold of a schematic and check out what you may have damaged. If there is some sort of electronics that is a good place to start since you have no spark. I would check out the ignition circuit first.

Try ebay...I have found a lot of parts for my troy bilt chipper shredder on there. Sometimes you can also find a local dealer who might have parts laying around also.

there should be a set screw in the impeller holding it on the shaft.take the set screw out.then the impeller should come off.if it doesn't come off easily you need to heat the hub that the set screw was in.this expands the metal so that the impeller will come off..........there is no easy way to do this job........hope this helps,let me know..................
