scanning through bluetooth is not possible
bluetooth module only pairs the computer and printer and has link only to the basic driver of the computer
so you can only print from it
if you want to scan you should connect te usb cable or use a wireless upgrade kit
c-2ff0370 is a "Faulty Display" error code according to HP. From my perspective, it's a self destruct code that's good for HP's business.
With noting otherwise wrong with my 7500A wide format, there is no way to update the firmware given the display malfunction, therefore the printer must be replaced.
HP offers though free shipping on a new printer and free return of the damaged printer implying they will fix the returned printed and sell it again as reconditioned. Perhaps I will sell it to someone else instead?
For the record, this error occurred right after I installed and connected a new dual band modem. It's too much of a coincidence that after 4-5 years a simple WIFI signal could damage the machine but elsewhere others are suggesting the same.
Both cartridges are new?..Might be old/clogged stock.

Hi, Please check the paper and the paper tray. The paper or the the paper tray is inserted properly. Turn off the printer and turn it back on after 10sec. and try to print that should work. Please get back to us if this information helps you solve the problem.
Hi!
that sweeper is used from the printer to keep cleaned the Timing Strip (that strip with so much vertical lines that you can see behind the carriage attached from left and right, long all the lenght of the printer!
This brush is usually attached behind the carriage, so you can't attach it without opening all the printer and removing the carriage unit, but it's not so important for the printer, just in case in future you'll have "Carriage Jam" error without paper jammed take a cotton swab with some alcohol (If isophophil is better) and clean that strip, but just to say, it's not so important, so much hp printers doesn't use that brush!
Hope you found it useful, for any futher question i'm here :)
Scanned documents are typically transferred as images and therefore cannot be opened in notepad. You can try looking into an OCR program that will read the text in the image and turn it into an editable text file which should then open in notepad. There are a few "freeware" programs out there but beware of trojans and malware that may come with them. The old driver for that printer used to come with OCR ability but it is not available on the new software version HP has on their support site. You can try searching for version 11 of the driver but you may not be able to find it and make it work.
If you go to the link below and chose your OS, then under Drivers select the full feature software and drivers, you will recieve the program. When you run the software it will pop-up a menu of options. On that menu is an install for the additional software. This will reinstall the hp solution center.
