I don't think your radio has anything to do with them not working, check you fuses.

SOURCE: turn sgnals, hazzard flasher and brake lights dont work

Sounds like either a fuse or bad flasher. Do the the turnsignal lights  light up and stay on?

SOURCE: flasher or turn signal switch

When you select left or right do any of the bulbs come on? If you select left check front and back left side if one of the bulbs did not come on the flasher will not work. Change the bulb that is out. Same with the right. If the fuse for the turn signal is good (check fuse or replace do not use visual, some appear to be good but are not).
The emergency flasher is different from the turn signal flasher. Look at manual for location of turn signal flasher. If you manually lift and lower turn signal control you may hear a clicking under the dash to locate the flasher.

SOURCE: turn signal flasher cant find it in car

I found it today.
It's way up under the dash to the right (looking from below) of the steering column. Mine was hidden by a bundle of wires. It is attached to the bottom a white part. (Maybe the fusebox.} You have to push hard towards the rear of the car and it will slide off.. I disconnected it from the socket first, it is held on by a clip.

'94 Concorde, same thing only different.

The turn signals on my 1999 Honda Civic Dx don't work but my hazard lights do, I changed the flasher and the turn signal lever control and still they don't work, why?

I assume you've tried the fuses. I think there is a different fuse for each.
Also a diff flasher for turn signals.
If both lights are off and all fuses checked then it might be a bad ground connection on the turn signal and bulb circuit.
Hope this helps.

Where is the turn signal relay on a 2001 Honda Civic?

The problem is almost certainly the flasher relay. The turn signals and 4-ways use a separate flasher.

Look in your owners manual for location in the relay box.

If you don't have owner or service manual, and you can find the box, they are usually labeled on the lid.

If you can't find the relays (under the hood) then follow the auto zone advice.

At ozone will probably change it for you if you ask.

1991 honda civic turn signal problem

I can't recall as its been a while since I've worked on the older Civics, but there may be 2 bulbs in the cluster. They are not that hard to pop out and have a look.
