Likely an improper air/fuel mixture. You need know the fuel trim values plus multiple inputs e.g. MAF, temp, fuel pressure, up/downstream O2s, etc. As it appears bank related, look for bank related vacuum leak, O2, or cat.

check fuel lines are not damaged/ crushed, if no damage check in tank pick up for blockage/ dirt

You have so many electrical issues, you really need a good auto-electrician. Not sure why you replaced an alternator to fix an Odometer. Alternators can be easily checked with a multimeter. There are lots of videos on it. Your most likely cause is one or more fuses blown. When that happens, voltage can be directed to places it shouldn't go. The first thing I would do is pull every fuse in the vehicle and test for continuity with a meter. It is is parasitic draw, you need an ammeter and you pull easy fuse, noticing if the draw stops or not. That narrows it down to a particular circuit. There is an ECM, a BCM and many control modules on that vehicle. A scan tool computer diagnosis may help you a lot. Use a hose and siphon the gas out of the tank. Have multiple containers available to hold all the fuel.

You need to dry it out as stated. Water will not help your engine. You may need to flush the fuel lines with fresh gas. Use an additive in the gas to help absorb the remaining moisture.

Kia Sedona expansion FRONT valve located under dash, behind glove box, fan and coil. Evacuate freon first. Disconnect Freon lines from firewall., Lay right front seat back to flat horizontal position and lay on top or totally remove the seat for easier working access. Remove under dash cover, fan, glove box, coil housing, remove coil mounting bolts, remove old expansion valve. (Inspect old valve, if debris inside, blow out coil before installing new valve. If visible debris best to consider replacing REAR expansion valve and DRIER/FILTER in front of radiator too and blow out all lines and coils while servicing.) Use compressor oil to lubricate "O" rings on new FRONT or REAR expansion valve, install valve bolts, reinstall coil bolts to FRONT firewall or REAR frame, reconnect freon lines to firewall in engine compartment. Evacuate AC system, install freon (35 1/2 ounces, nominal 3 pounds), check system for leaks, check for proper operation, enjoy.

3. Install the ignition coils.
4. Install the cables from the spark plugs.
5. Install the intake manifold.
6. Install the vacuum hose, fuel hose and coolant hose.
7. Install the breather hose and air-intake hose.
8. Connect the upper radiator hose.
9. Connect the negative battery cable.
10. Fill the cooling system.
