I am looking for replacement LCD parts for my westinghouse TV. when the tv is switched on, it flashes the blue screen and then goes black. you can hear the tv volume but no picture, no numbers/menu display. I took the back off and dug in a bit and found that the outside 2 terminals of the power cable-to-control panel connector are burnt. the female pins are burned, and the male side are discolored at the base, by solider connection. Im not sure what came first, a faulty terminal or a faulty part but either way, i need parts. i suspect the control panel has been compromised, not sure what else. i would love a source for parts or part list. thank you for any help. greg

The only way to get the TVs working again is to fix the power supply assembly to the component level. There isn't many or any service parts available and it looks like they made the TV to be disposable.
Look for swollen electrolytic capacitors in the power supply. They will be swollen at the top or "domed".

I've had the same problem with a customers tv, and found that T3 transformer was bad. Bad to the point it burnt the board and transformer. T1 and T2 are good. Finding a transformer may be the real problem
I HAVE MY OWN PROBLEM WITH MY ONLY 2 YEAR OLD WESTINGHOUSE 32 IN MODEL SK32H540S FLAT SCREEN TV THAT WITH NO WARNING AT ALL STOPPED WORKING, THE AUDIO WORKS BUT NOT THE VIDEO. THE WESTINGHOUSE LOGO STILL COMES ON THE TV BUT THE TV TURNS OFF AND ALL YOU GET IS A BIG BLANK BLACK SCREEN. I TRIED EMAILING WESTINGHOUSE ON THEIR COMPANY WEBSITE BUT IT KEEPS TELLING ME IT WON'T GO THROUGH BECAUSE OF THE WRONG ACCESS CODE.

YOU CAN TRY AND ORDER THE POWER SUPPLY FROM ANDREWS ELECTRONICS IN CALIFORNIA . THIS IS A COMMON PROBLEM , THEY USE CHEAP CAPACITORS IN THIER POWER SUPPLIES , I KNOW BECUASE I HAVE FIXED SOME OF THEM.

Yesterday my roomate turned on my screen (I use it as a computer monitor) and it came on as usual, made several clicking noises... I asked my roomate where the cat was, as it sounded like she was playing with a cord, and the screen went black. Never to come back on. I did all the basics, checked connections, outlets, cords... Nothing. I opened the back up and smelled for that distinct "burnt electronics" smell... Again nothing. After talking to Rasheed or Mohammed or someone obviously who uses English as a second language, I got nothing but even more frustrated. After calling several t.v. repair companies, I came to the conclusion it was the DC/DC converter. The Make is Delta Electronics, Inc. And the model # is:DPS-210EP-2 C
Obviously I researched this part # and found no results. Hopefully someone can help me locate this product.
I had the same problem. My power supply board is not operating, I checked the voltages. Have to hand it to Westinghouse for doing a great job on descriptive silkscreen info. Too bad the power board is wimpy. Tried calling Vance Baldwin and they don't have an item list for this TV (LTV-32W3 HD), but they have sent it to their research dept. I hate when people complain about overseas tech support. How do you think you were able to get your TV for so incredibly cheap? Magic?

I just now have this occurrence the blue/ then/ blank problem with my 27" LCD tv I purchased 4.25 yrs ago. I have not had the time to disassemble my tv yet, since this problem has just started. :|

Same problem, set is 14 months old....judging by my research on the net, your best bet is to look at the bright side, you still have your health. These tvs are junk and every penny you invest is in vain.

the entire side with the yellow red white RCA cables along with the ANT and Svideo side has problems. The audio works, but I get no picture on any of them. I do get picture from the rgb component cable side and vga input. What parts would I need?
