If there is a fault happend the error code should appear on the display (as shown picture below) :
There are two types of error code, first one that begins with a letter "C" and a mean customer fault code that can eliminate by the customer.
for example:
C1 - means "Telescopic runner inside during pyrolyse"
Remedy: "Remove side grids during pyrolyse"
Faults that begin with letter "F" require the expertise of a service technician especially when it comes to new ovens powered and controlled by electronics.
for example:
F 239 means: Quantum Touch Controller alarm:
1. If the communication over the bus SPI with the Quantum touch is after 50 trials unsuccessful than alarm is set. The alarm is reset if the communication is okay again.
Could be:
1. Connections Board Touch.
2. Board Touch fault.
