Power board fuse blowing

Remove the power board from the TV and look at the other side of the board. You should find the burn-out and then trace the printed board for a short.

My olevia LT23HVX does not power on

If you want to see photos and a description of the disassembly process and commentary on my repair job, soldering in the new caps, etc. I've posted them online for anyone interested in tackling the job themselves. I've never cracked the case on a TV before, but thanks to some of the hints here, and some efficient Googling, I was able to fix my own set with a screwdriver, pliers and a cheap soldering iron, all for less than the price of a pizza.

Olevia 332h comes on for a few minutes then turns off

I have the same problem with my Olevia 332h. The TV shuts off after 10 seconds. I decided to wedge a desk fan in between the wall and the back of the TV. It worked! The TV doesnt shut off anymore. This problem is obviously heat related. I hope this information helps you.
