My cynus cuts out when approaching junctions, intermediate fault, thought was damp but isnt, more likely fuel, anybody had similar probs
Happened to mine as well. Took 3 or 4 visits to the dealer before it finally happened when they were test driving, as before they did not believe me and thought i was running out of fuel! Turns out the fuel pump was faulty and was replaced with unit of different spec as the original type pumps were overheating and cutting out. The pump would work again when it had cooled down. The new different spec pump has worked fixed everything and now the scooter has not missed a beat. This should be fixed under warranty.

My yamaha cygnus x 125. Scooter keeps cutting out in me when I drive it. Have put new hT lead onit and spark plug but still got the issue any idea what it could be?
Dirty carb. and make sure those little hoses hanging down from the carb are clean too. if they get clogged it can effect the carb

Hi thanks for the info, but should have said its fuel injected, would anyone know if there is a fuel filter in the line!
