Turn off car. Remove the fuse that goes along with the radio, it's under the dash on passenger side. Replace it and turn car back on.

Power steering, what? Rack would be found by following from tie rod ends to the component, and the pump is often buried on the passenger side, by the fire wall. follow the belt, and you should find it.
Sometimes nearly impossbile to get at it without burning self on engine parts...

HI.This will occur when the optical assembly becomes unstable. this ((Whole One Piece)), assembly incorporates the spin/load motor, optics housing /arm, tracking device and tracking rail. This is connected to the loading dock assembly. This 'NO Disc' or CD NOT PLAYABLE, code is the result of a failed or burned out lens. It is possible that you have a dirty lens cap. you can try using a cleaning disk in this case to confirm actual lens failure. if the cleaning doesn't restore normal reading capabilities, this will confirm my diagnosis.
You will need to have the optical assembly replaced in this case. once replaced, your unit will be able to read and track once more.

word of warning probley a little to late NEVER EVER jump start a car with todays newwer cars with all the electrical systems on newwer cars voltage spikes can cause alot of damage i assume you probley fryied either the ecm or bcm even if your able to disarm the alarm chances are good it still wont start u need to have it taken in and have it looked at
