My 1993 pontiac grand prix has stalling problem . I tried to run diagnostic and get codes with a craftsman diag tool turned the key on and got absolutely nothing, any idea why?

This vehicle uses GM OBD1 system, a code reader will not work, here is how you manually pull OBD1 codes. Follow the link Reading OBD 1 Codes on GM 1982 1995

How do I change the vacuum hose on map sensor?

Simply go to a local parts or hardware store and get a piece of vaccine hose that's identical in size(take your old hose from your map sensor with you if at all possible to match up the sizes), then buy the length you need as it's usally sold by the foot and take it back home an qndbinsrall it in place of the old one. If you have vacuum leaks or anything like that you can find the source by spraying carburetor cleaner very gently(like a mist) on the various vacuum lines of the engine(and the intake manifold) and it'll be very obvious if you hit a vacuum line that's leaking. Google how to check vacuum lknes with carb cleaner or watch a YouTube video explaining it and it'll be a trick you'll never forget, it's sinpe and effective! I have 1993 pontiacgrand prix that ive repaced thermostat and afyerward it continually has rise in temp. But only 2/3 of the way to red which makes it spew antifreeze when i turn it off and 1 cooling fan only works when ac is on

Check the rest of your cooling system but It sounds like you need at least one electric fan since one is defective. It may just be a wiring issue, check this before you buy or replace Andy fans. Next, I'd look closely at the water pump, radiator, all hoses, heater core, etc. Also, check the engine oil and make sure it looks normal, again black or the "prettier" golden/brown color. If the oil is "Milky" looking or much too full, or if your radiator has an ugly substance itvit that'll also look "milky" then you're likely to have a blown head gasket. If you're suspicious of this, get a free Copression Tester from Auto Zone or a local parts store and Test each cylinder while recording the compression evens of each cylinder on a piece of paper. Hopefully it's nothing major, and you can wire the fans to work all the time, whenever the key is on and if so don't worry as Mandy of us have done this before. Do some more troubleshooting to find the root cause of the overheating. You'll get it, just let us know if we can help further. The video below will show you how to get a god start on this problem! Spark problem

No spark is always easy. Don't worry.
Take a deep breath and ask your oldest zgzm wrecking yard. FDo not tell them the whole story. Just say no spark.
First clean all the battery terminals. Remove amd replscevsll fuses hat have any chance if being an engine fuse. Relays too. Replace engine run telsybeith read window defroster relay. Or horn relay.
It's going to be something simple.
But you gotta teach it down slowly. One simple step at a time.
Fuses relays dirty terminals.
Often it is the terminal connection. Or a Pigtail near the terminal.
It's an older car. Something is corroded. It'll be a simple fix once you find it. .

Problem w/ my 1993 pontiac grand prix.

Take it to a qualified repair shop ! Obviously you don't have the knowledge or tools to diagnose a problem like this . So do yourself a favor an save yourself some aggravation , I could tell you some thing's that it mite be . That would only be a guess on my part , without doing proper testing . Would you replace more parts if i said it was this or that ? That isn't the right way to diagnose an repair vehicles .

Engine surges at about 4000 rpms. vechile wont go past 40mph on steep hill

Start by checking your fuel pressure. You should ave 5-10 lbs of pressure. If you don't have that amount of pressure you should check your fuel filter. If you check your filter and it is clear and you have the right amount of fuel pressure then you may have an injector problem that is best solved by replacing all of the injectors. If non of this helps please give more information on how the engine runs at idle (smooth, rough, spit, spudder) and such as that as you may have an ignition problem.

How do i replace burnt out headlights?

There are two bolts on the top of the light assembly that need to be removed. you can see them with the hood up. After that, you can work the headlight / signal light assembly forward enough to remove the bulb retainer ring and wiring harnesses. installation is the reverse of dis-assembly. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3ovBpr9qYmk
