Hi,

Go to START then click on RUN, type services.msc and look for Print Spooler. Stop the service and start it again. That should clear the pending print job queue.

Hope this helps.

How do i get my printer from offline mode back to online mode

  • Make sure that the printer is powered on.

  • Pull up 'My Computer' then click on 'Control Panel'. From the Control Panel, click on 'Printers and Faxes'. You will then see a list of Printers connected to the PC.

  • Delete pending print jobs to make sure that the correct document will be printed later and for you not to waste paper. Double click on the printer that you want to use, and a window will appear showing you a list of pending print jobs. Simply click on 'Cancel All Documents' from the 'Printer Menu'.

  • After you have deleted all pending print jobs, right click again on the printer icon and choose 'Use Printer Online'.

  • Try printing a test file, if it doesn't work the first time, reboot the PC.

I am facing printer spooling service not running problem even meny time I restar service auto close.

Hi,

I had similar experience with the print spooling service crashing everytime I restarted. I discovered there was a pending print job in bullzip pdf printer that refuses to delete. So I uninstalled the pdf printer and restarted the pc. Kindly do the following:

1) Go to your printers and faxes and Check if there are pending jobs that have not yet printed out.
2) If there are pending print jobs, try to cancel them.
3) If they wont delete, try restarting the PC.
4) If after restarting the PC, the print job is still there, try uninstall the printer or delete the printer.
5) Re-install the printer.

Says pc print pending how to cancel the pending

There should be a cancel job **** or a "cancel" button on the printer. Just click that a couple times to remove it.

You can also go into control panel - Printers and Faxes - select the specific printer - manually delete your last print job.

Hope this helps!

The printer turns itself on autamaticcally and wont stop printing

You need to cancel all pending print jobs on the queue. If you see the printer's icon on your System Tray, lower right corner of your computer, right click it and choose Cancel Print Jobs. Or you can double click it so that it will show you the current printing job or those in queue. Select and delete them. If this does not cancel the pending print jobs, disconnect your printers power cord and shutdown the computer. After like 10 minutes, turn the printer and computer back again.

Printer will not print

See that there are no pending files to print in printers memory.

To see that selct Start ---->Settings ----> printers and faxes

Make your printer the default printer and double click on the icon.

On that screen all pending jobs will appear. Turn OFF the printer and cancel all pending jobs.
When all jobs are deleted close the window and turn on printer and resume printing.

PC Print Pending Message Won't Go Away

Have you tried to delete the print job from the computer? After that is done reset the printer by turning it off (30 sec) then on again. If that doesn't work take the paper out and start cleaning your printer with canned air, Q-tips and a cap full of water.

Will not print

Try unplugging the USB cable from the back of the computer, not from the back off the printer. Also, try deleting the printer from/at the printer/fax page and restarting your computer so it will reinstall. In either case, when checking the printer/fax folder, make sure there is nothing pending printing. If there is, click on delete all pending printing jobs. If there is a print job pending and you can not cancell/delete this job, then you must delete the printer icon and restart your computer. Aloha!
