I have an ESQ Swiss watch model Octane 07301377. The manual that came with the watch does not show my watch. I am having a problem trying to turn off the alarm. I also don't understand why the digital time displayed does not matched the time displayed on the watch face. How does one go about getting these two in sync?

SOURCE: Bijoux Terner Sport watch RO616F

I got one of these on a cruise, and I had the same issue, and searched on the web just now (7/26/08 9:20pm) and could not find an answer.....so, I just sat here for a few minutes to push all the buttons...

Mine has 4 buttons at the 2, 4,8,10 positions....corresponding to "start", "reset", "mode", "light"

Hold down the "start", then while holding it down, push the "reset" button.....voila!

What battery do I need for a ESQ Swiss men watch model # E5081

Here where we live we have a store that replaces watch batteries. I took mine in and he took the back off and took the old battery out and went to his battery stock and replaced it for me. He did all the work and only charged me three dollars. He has batteries for all makes.

I changed the battery in my esq swiss watch and can't get the back on the watch. What is the trick to re-installing the back

ooh, ESQ by Movado. These case backs are often pressure fit, just like Movado, and are notoriously difficult to reinstall. It sounds like it is going to take a watch press to install your caseback. This is an expensive tool which any jeweler that changes batteries will have. There is no real safe way to this without a press.
Now, I have just supposed that this is a pop off; if it is a screw on back then it would have had to have been unscrewed to get it off. If it is a screw-back then you will likely need to get a caseback wrench to tighten it down enough.

New band

You can either contact Movado directly (they make the esq watches) or you can ask any REAL jewelry store to contact the company for you and ask about this as long as they carry either Movado or Esq in their store (don't ask the jewelry counter at your local department store).
