How many fob do you have? If you have two try the other to see if it works. If it does then one of your fob are bad. Check you tube there has to be a video on what to do to reseat the fob.
I take help from online websites that have this service like helping in repair some like reliable-store have instant help.. others are a bit slow which I don't prefer... rest is up to us.. U get free manuals
The battery is probably dead. There is a guy on ebay that is replacing them. He fixed mine and it works great. The batteries dont last forever and you cannot just buy them they are a special type, also viper suggests you buy a new remote for $299 because they do not replace the batteries... how convenient. Hopefully that helps.
With the battery charger connected or a jumper battery simply click the alarm key fob on and then off. This will reset the alarm and the car should start...had mine towed to find this out
