My Bobcat 742 Loader will move forward and reverse but the bucket will not raise or tilt.

put the bucket on the ground and the tilt in a neutral position so that there is no load on the cylinder pins
turn off the engine
remove the hoses and cylinder pins
lift out
use plugs to control dirt from getting into the hose ends

you have this in the toy section so is it a real bobcat loader or a toy

Usually hydraulic components will "self clear" any air in the system just by trying to cycle through the functions a few times.
Have to ask the question............
Did you remove and replace the hoses one at a time, or did you take them all off at the same time?
The reason I ask is............ Could there be a remote possibility that any of the hose onnection locations were switched?

Most likely a control valve is leaking. If it just comes down over a long period of time that is not unusual. Most all loader buckets will slowly drop when parked in raised position.

It MIGHT be low on fluid - that might explain its inability to lift fully. As to the tilt, if it moves slowly at first, then speeds up, that sounds like it has an air pocket that needs to be bled from the tilt hydraulic cylinder(s).

Look at the condition of the switch blades of the process changeover switch.

On my Bobcat it's low hyd fluid.

Bics coil on control valve not unlocking. Broken wire, bad connection or bad coil

it may be broken
