When it quits, tap it with a hammer. If it restarts, then it needs to be replaced. If not take a voltage and see where you are loosing the voltage to the blower. Possible a relay.

Remove the 5/16" allen cap screw on the end of the shaft. The knife assembly slides onto the crankshaft and is keyed with a woodruff key. Soak the shaft in pentrating oil overnight and try to slide it off or use more persuasive measures like tapping or a slide hammer. You'll see a big nut it's a LH thread so to remove it turn it CCW. Well i be thinking something is causing it to overload the fuse like skid is stuck or very stiff or even bearing seized

Possible a restriction in the fuel system. Make sure all the lines are open and the fuel is fresh.

Check your pivots areas. You may have mud not allowing them to rotate. Use a lubricant to keep them free.
