I doubt your going to be able to get it to completely bleed because the copier needs to grab the paper to the next section. Usually the fuser section needs about an 1/8 ". The best way to get it to bleed is to use an inkjet printer.

I work on several copier lines and have never found a bleed control. The best thing to do is put a picture on there that can be expanded to 8 1/2" x 11" and see what happens. With that size you would not need a bleed control.

Check your control panel in your computer for you printer. Check the advanced controls and see what your options are for photo settings.

E2-02 means there is an error with the lifting motor assembly for tray #2. You will not be able to use your tray #2 until it's fixed. You can check it, sometimes there's just paper clogged at the rear of the paper tray. Remove your 2nd tray to see if there is a paper clogged inside.

Otherwise the cover/case of the lifting motor is damaged and you will need a service technician to fix and replace it.
