Kx-fl511 wont pick up paper
try cleaning the paper pick up rollers with rubbing alcohol, use a cloth rag and the alcohol, try to rotate the rollers so that you can clean all the way around

Press Menu first, then #9000*, next press 550, press Start, wait for printing, unplug the electric cord, wait 10s or more, plug it again, it's done.

It sounds as through the paper jam sensor is either dusty so needs a clean, or the sensor has stopped working totally & needs replacing, if this item is still under warrentee I would call the company for the repair, if not a local computer repair company will be able to assist you further, most offer a free quotation service if you ask...

Panasonic KX-FL402 change drum arror
Apparently the drum needs to changed, a clip is broken, the sensor is being blocked by debris from the cartridge or pieces of paper, a sensor fault or the unit needs to be reset.
Call 1800-211-7262 for Panasonic's capable Technical Support; be sure to have the serial number of the product ready.

How do I delete stored faxes in a Panasonic KX-FL511 without printing them?
The manual indicates where you may need to reset the unit if the memory is full or even if you just want to clear it, page 89-90.
You may use code: [MENU] [*][8][0] [SET] or [START]

A FAX IN MEMORY
To print your faxes that are stored in the memory, removed and reload the paper and press the fax start.
