I connected with USB and used MS Movie Maker. The sw that came with the camera only transferred still pictures.

Drivers are not available any where but you can try this option:-

You should be able to just plug a USB into the camera connect it to your computer.
The camcorder should come up as an drive in "MY computer"

Try renaming any video that are named *.moi to *.mpg
if they wont play.

You do not need to buy a capture card, you should hve got a utility on a CD called "Motion Studio" through which you can download the movies from the camera either using the USB cable or IEEE fire wire cable.
You probably haver to take the battery out to get to the USB connector and use the power adaptor to power the camera. If you have a user manual it should tell you how. If not you may find it on line. good luck I have a similar camera.
