If the batteries are low, the red light (in the middle) will warn you immediately. To test the batteries, just input your personal numbers to open the door. If the batteries are low, the red light will be on. If nothing happens, it means that the batteries are in order.

Yes u have to re program to do that ...

A. Locate the red button on the back of the door near the light bulb. Turn on the light to locate it. Press it and release it and you will hear two beeps. The yellow light will be on at the same time.
B. Now press from 3 to 8 numbers that you wish to uses as a combination, and confirm by pressing the letter “B” within 15 seconds. Or you have to do it from the beginning over.
C. Write down your new combination immediately and with the home wall safes door open check whether your new combination has been programmed. Enter the new combination then press the letter A. Remember A to open the home wall safe and B to change the combination.

My Honeywell Safe model 5005W keeps beeping, even though I put new batteries in it. What do I need to do, to shut it up?

The batteries must be installed before using your safe. The battery compartment is located inside the safe on the lock cover panel.
Note: If both green and red LED's are on, it is an indicator that the batteries are weak and must be changed immediately. The User Code will not be erased if power is restored by replacing the
batteries within 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, the User Code will be erased and will need to be reprogrammed. Weak or dead batteries should be replaced immediately and all 4 batteries should be changed. To replace the batteries please follow STEPS 1 - 3. Remember to always remove batteries from safe if not using for an extended period of time. If your batteries are completely dead and you cannot o pen the safe by using the digital keypad, use the override access key to open safe
and access the battery compartment. The use of Non-alkaline or rechargeable batteries is NOT
RECOMMENDED.

Safe will not open

Once you get the error light that means you are entering a user code that was deleted when the batteries went dead . Simply use the master code in your owners manual to open the safe. Reprogram new user code instructions bottom of this page.

Inidcator light is flashing read and I need to change the battery. Are there any special instruction to doing that and do I need to reprogram the lock code after that? Thanks...

According to the installation instructions, you should not have to reprogram the lock after changing batteries.
At any rate, here is a great link where you will find videos and instructions for Schlage locks:

This link will take you to the page you need, to get started:

http://consumer.schlage.com/Service-Support/Pages/InstructionandManuals.aspx

Then scroll down to this heading on that page:
Electronic Security-Keypad Deadbolt BE365
There's a wealth of info under that heading. You will be able to see a PDF file of the original print instructions, as well as a video of how to install the lock. This is useful because there should be a sticker to be found on the backside of the keypad, with the code number that you need to reprogram the lock. This installation video (second item down) will be useful to allow you to disassemble it and view the sticker. This is also a great time to change the 9-volt battery!
The seventh item under that same header is a video which walks you through how to reprogram the keypad to your new code, using that program code that you found on the backside of the keypad.

Good luck!

Door opens half way then closes quickly with electric operation sprayed wd40 on rollers but still not working properly

Sounds like the 9 volt battery is very low, please put in a new, fresh 9 volt battery and see if that helps, as you've already addressed any issues with sticking, etc. When the battery(ies) are low, some electronic locks don't have enough power to fully pull in the dead bolt and the internal spring can overpower the small motor and cause the lock to re-engage quickly.

If you're getting a flashing red light when you enter in your key code, followed by flashing green light, your battery is low, if you're getting a flashing red light, the batteri is critically low.

If you have recently installed this lockset, it is possible that the alignment is off and is causing the deadbolt to drag and is preventing free movement. You'll need to adjust the lockset to allow the deadbolt to move freely by turning the hand knob with the door shut all the way.

If that doesn't help, please contact Schlage directly by calling them at the numbers provided:

Lost instructions for sandleford E.S.20 safe

The operating instructions on the ES20 as per the crappy manual:

Open safe using emergency key provided

Insert batteries in the box inside the door

Opening the safe
a. pre-set factory code 159
b. input 159 (the yellow light will flash and the buzzer will beep), then press B or A button, the green light will be on, rotate the knob clockwise, pull outwards, the door is opened

Closing the safe: close the door, input the code (the green light will flash for 5 secs). Turn the knob anti clockwise, the control system will activate and the safe will be locked

Changing the code: open the safe, press the red button located inside the door, the yellow light will go on indicating the code can be changed. Input the new code (1-8 digits), then press A or B button, it shall be confirmed by two beeps indicating the new code has been accepted and stored. If the yellow light and buzzer beeps 3 times the code is invalid - try again

Emergency Key - store in secure place NOT inside the safe. Remove the override cover in the centre of the face of Safe (its a silver plastic panel with Sandleford Electronic Safe ES20 on it), insert override key (a cyclinder key) - hidden underneath the override cover panel - and turn anti clockwise, rotate the knob clockwise to open door

Changing the Battery - If the red and green light are on this indicates that the batteries are low and require changing. To ensure the batteries have been installed correctly test before closing the door

Battery will not charge

I found this while searching to find an answer to solve my problem. It worked! Some say that it took them about 20 times... it took me about 7. Be patient and just keep trying! Hope this helps!

My NP 20 gave me the flashing red light of death and I got Casio to replace it. Then I had the same problem with my second NP 20 so I dug around for a way to fix it and I found the following advice on a site called FixYa. It worked instantly and I didn't risk ruining my battery.
ylu1 writes:
I had the same problem as this.
what i did was...
i kept putting the battery on the charger then took it off as soon as the red light came on.
i did this about 6 times.
doing this puts a bit of charge in the battery each time before the charger starts to flash.
after the battery as got enough charge in it it can start to charge.
hope this helps.
