You'll have to take it apart and check the rollers and pulley and also check around the front of the drum, there's a felt seal there that i've found the drum cuts through it or something could be stuck in the felt, pull out the lint filter and remove the two screws in front of it,then get a screw driver and stick it in between the top cover and the front panel around two inches from the corner and pop up the top cover, check the drum to see if it looks like something is rubbing against it.if so unplug the dryer, disconnect the wire connector on the right side, and remove the two 5/16 inch screws that hold the front panel on.watch video

also while you have it apart vac it out.if nothing wrong with felt you can buy a kit with the belt, rollers and pulley to change them out,one of these should be your problem but metal on metal i would check the felt seal first.hope this helps and good luck.

New Bounty Hunter Discovery 3300 Metal Detector No external sound

Most earphone jacks have two functions. One, to provide signal to a set of earphones or headphones. Two, to DISCONNECT the path that would be amplified and sent to loudspeakers. If that particular contact on the jack is bent or broken, when you UNPLUG the male jack, the connection is NOT re-established!

2000 olds bravada rear brakes are draging. changed brake hose's to calupers and the center hose as well. with new brake and rotors still draging not sure what to do next.

I also have this problem on my 2000 Bravada - replaced all rotors and back calipers, brand new brake pads, new system and my rear caliper STILL chewed up a brand new brake pad in one week down to the metal. Checking for an emergency brake issue at this point - if anyone has any suggestions about how to unhook the E Brake, please share!

My 2008 Dodge Nitro has a loud noise coming from it. It sounds like a metal chain is draging from my truck. It even resembles the noise that a bus makes.I am at the 30,000 mark. Does anyone know what this...

Could be the transmisson chain, take it in for service, and though you did say it sounded like a bus I have heard many bus's and they sounded normal so am not sure what your saying.

Ge window unit runs fine but there is a rachety sound

Hi,

One way to reduce the sound it makes is by placing styropor insulation around the unit. Although a better way is to have it inspected by technician to check the blower balance and correct it.

I hope this helps.

Loud noise sometimes ocurs when excelerating or braking. sounds like metal draging , but it is not.

Does it make a thudding sond on the shifter....Frist off is it 6-speed or auto, and is it a 5.7/z28/ss or base model...Could be rear tranny mount which is located on the crossmember of the car...If you put it in drive hold your foot firmly on the brake and accel, slowly only to about 2krpms, have a friend look under the middle of your car and watch for the trannie to buckle up towards the back half shaft.....Get back at me with this info..I own 7 camaros, i can def help you w/ this....

Is the car stick shift or auto. Sound like a problem with either the transmission which is spinning all the time even when sat still. Or the Rear axel is tuffed out..

Carver C11 preamp problem

I found out through the Carver Audio forums that metal shavings inside the case are an issue with this unit. So I used an achohol based spray and cleaned the switchs and the circuit board, (there was a fair amount of shavings found). It has been running for 14 hours with no problems.

Front brakes draging and over heating

This one had me stumped for a while. The above solution should work. The reason a brake hose can cause this is that if they over-crimp the piece of metal in the middle of the brake hose that holds it in place and/or the rubber in the hose swells too much as it ages, the passage through the hose can close off where it goes through that metal piece. Once this happens, the brake brake fluid can still force its way through the hose when you step on the brake, but the caliper will be unable to fully release. This will overheating everything and cause the brake pads to wear very quickly.
